Do you move my furniture and boxes?

No. We pack and unpack only. Your movers, friends, or restoration company handle loading, transport, and storage.

Do you pack for regular household moves?

Yes. Room-by-room packing and optional unpacking for families relocating or downsizing in the Knoxville area.

Do you work with restoration companies after water, fire, or mold damage?

Yes. We provide contents pack-out labor and, when requested, room-by-room inventory and photo documentation as a subcontractor to the restoration company.

Are you a SERVPRO / ServiceMaster / Paul Davis franchise?

No. We're an independent packing company that can support those teams (and other restorers) when they need pack-out help.

How much do you charge?

It depends on home size, scope, and timeline. For household moves, request a quote and we'll estimate clearly.

Insurance and restoration sub rates are quoted directly to the partner — not listed publicly.

Do you bring boxes and packing paper?

We'll discuss boxes and packing materials when we quote — you can supply them, or we can plan materials as part of the job.

How far ahead should I book?

As soon as you have a move date or a pack-out window. Busy seasons and storm-related claims fill up fast — reach out early when you can.

Can you unpack at the new house?

Yes, when scheduled. Unpacking can be same crew or a follow-up visit.

Do you pack garages, attics, or sheds?

Often yes, as part of a scoped job. Tell us what's included when you request a quote.

Will you sign vendor paperwork / provide a W-9?

Yes for restoration partners — we can provide a W-9 for vendor setup. Certificate of insurance details available on request.
